Manage subscriptions in Apple Discussion forum

Hi, newbie here. I would like to manage my followings and subscriptions in the discussion forum.

I found a 2017 Tutorial by Mandy_S

but this appears to be outdated as I cannot find the "Manage Subscriptions" link when I click on my name view my profile.
