cracking sounds when closing firefox tab with adobe flash player live streams

My macbook pro shows a weird behaviour.

when I watch live streams (adobe flash player 32.0.0.363 ; 64 Bit) on firefox (75.0 ; 64 Bit) on a certain webpage (NOT YOUTUBE)

my mac makes loud cracking and popping noises at the moment I close the window where the stream is running.

It doesnt matter if the sound on the live stream is switched on or off.

That behaviour happens ONLY if...

1) a SECOND video is running PARALLELY (especially on youtube or waipu.tv {tv-stream-page}) AND

2) the sound of the SECOND video is switched ON

My catalina version is: 10.15.4 (19E287)

MacBook Pro 2019; 2,6GHZ 6-Core i7; 32GB 2667 MHz DDR4; AMD Radeon Pro 5399M 4GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB

MacBook Pro 16", macOS 10.15

If the issue only occurs in Firefox (and does not occur in Safari and other web browsers), I would start with Mozilla's audio and video troubleshooting, which is specific to Firefox: Fix common audio and video issues | Firefox Help.

If the issue occurs after that, or you can reproduce it in Safari, I'd suggest going through the following steps, testing between each to see if the issue is resolved:
