Can I return an opened box iphone without packaging to apple store?

I bought an iphone from an apple store, then all the store closed. I heard we can do returning after the stores reopen (in 14 days), but I lost the pachaging of iphone. Can I still return it?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

You will need to ask Apple that question, this is a user-to-user technical support site. Either call them, ask on Twitter, or wait unit the stores reopen.
