What's the process to format a new 1TB SanDisk SSD for Time Machine use?
MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14
Mac OS Extended (Journaled), GUID Partition Table.
If Time Machine asks if you want to use it when you attach it, then it will take care of the format.
