I got a newer computer and OS Windows 10. I"m having lots of issues trying to download iTunes on it. Wrong versions. It freezes during installation. Any ideas?

It sounds like you may already have iTunes installed or partially installed. There is a particular order that you should use to remove all parts of iTunes so you can again go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall iTunes.
Go to https://www.wikihow.com/Uninstall-iTunes and follow carefully, particularly the step numbered 6.
