Default RSS Reader on Apple Software

Hello,

Is there any built in software like Apple News or Safari that can subscribe to and view RSS Feeds? Or has Apple just removed that feature from everything?

There is no default in the Apple software for RSS Feeds. You would need to check the App Store to see if there is a third-party app that would be compatible with what you're trying to do.
