What's the name of the default secondary keyboard language? (The one you use when you hold down option)

I recently got a new laptop (Lenovo w/ windows 10) and I wanted to add the Secondary keyboard my MacBook Air has but I'm not sure what the keyboard language is known as.

This secondary keyboard can be used when you hold down the "option" key and press any character on the keyboard. I tried searching online for what this keyboard is known as but I couldn't find anything.

I've made a collection of all the normal keyboard characters and what they respectively produce when you hold down the "option" key and press those characters.

Would really appreciate any suggestions on how to find out what this language is so I can import to my new laptop.

There is really no Windows equivalent to this, it doesn't normally use the Option key for special characters like a Mac does. If you want to create a custom keyboard layout for Windows, I think you use

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/823010/the-microsoft-keyboard-layout-creator

But if you know the language you want to type, Windows has lots of specific keyboards you can activate in its settings.
