Given what you say, I think it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to answer your security questions. If you know you won’t be able, or haven’t been able, to answer these questions satisfactorily, see

So, assuming you won't be able to deal satisfactorily with your security questions, you won't be able to help you with your problem unless you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have the receipt for the purchase of the pertinent device with its serial number on it).
