MacBook Restart itself - Sleep Wake Failure

Hi there, my rmbp 16 come ti this issue for the recent week. (right after update to 10.15.4)

At first, it went crush at night in sleep mode and rebooted. Things getting worse yesterday, when it was awake, playing background audio, it went crushed with same debug info.

Attempts I made but not help:

1. disconnect all the accessories except power charging.
2. turn off the power nap.

Some similar issues posted by a number of users in early 2019 with Mojave on macbook pro 15, some even have the monitor board replaced and clean installed, however issue persisted.

I will turn on the 'do not disturb in notification when the display is sleeping' to give it another chance before consulting the support team.
