Export Apple Watch activity data ?

I would like to export all my Apple Watch activity data in a Numbers or Excel file, in order to check them and make some graphs (i.e. to check all the steps made on February ..).

Is there some possibility ?

Thanks !

Yes there's a 3rd party app called Health Export on the app store, might be what your looking for.

I have tried this twice and given up both times, although you can get all the data in a zip file, translating it into something usable is another matter. What you'll end up with is a lot of .xml files.

In the health app tap on summary then tap on your profile icon which

appears in the top right and then tap

"Export Health Data".

After the zip file is completed you are then given your export options.

Good luck.
