Any one have this touching problem on iphone XR?

1. when I bought the iphone XR, I found that sometimes "ghost touch" happend on the bottom of the screen
2. I updated the system, then the ghose touch gone. And I thought I fix it.
3. then I noticed I cannot use "Reach the top" feature.

I did the test....my screen cannot reach the bottom, which means the whole area on the bottom is not active/responising....
