Why am I unable to get the discovery go app on my brand new Apple TV 4K, my kids have iPads and iPhones, but I do not. They can “Airplay” my shows to my Apple TV and as soon as they leave I don’t get my shows anymore. There has to be a solution, right? Thanks in advance for your help.

They run completely separate operating systems, thus an Apple TV cannot run an app that only has an iPhone/iPad version.
In order for it to be accessible on Apple TV the provider would need to create an app specifically for the TVOS platform.
Bell is the one who made the app and would be the one who would have to develop one for the Apple TV. If you think it’s silly that there isn’t one then you need to give that feedback to them.

Discovery Go only has an app available for iPad and iPhone. It would be up to Bell to create an app for Apple TV.
Seems really silly that I can download it on my pad and phone, but not my tv.
