Display and overheating issue with MacBook Pro 2016

im facing this issue for a week, my laptop is getting overheated very quickly(while just playing a video or music)

after getting heat up, the bottom of my screen starts to flicker(top portion of screen gets duplicated to the bottom of the screen)

Any idea what might be the cause

I understand that your Mac is overheating while playing a video or listening to music and after getting heated the bottom of the screen starts to flicker. You've come to the right place for help and I am happy to help.

It’s getting heat up with in few minutes of minor usage

ive placed a pad beneath my laptop to make space for vents but it’s not working

ive done resetting nvram and smc controller

ive run built in diagnostics tool to check whether there’s a problem with hardware but nothing gets identified

Also My OS is up to date

I never had this problem before, this issue is unbearable now i can’t perform any task
