2019 MacBook Pro Overheating ISSUE!

Hey,

So i have had this computer since Feb 2019, always been a smooth operating laptop and works amazing... until 6 months ago, suddenly when i streamed shows on youtube or Netflix it began over heating and now has made the pixels down the bottom of my screen turn orange, it's really really hot. I have no other applications making this issue except IMOVIE now - i open the application and after 2 minutes of editing a 1080p 60frames video, it is too hot to touch. When i bought this computer apple employees said this was the best for video editing and it wouldn't overheat. Can someone, please help me fix this issue every time I'm on Imovie.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.5

Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201640

Can you run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202731

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
