Photos Library on external drive and access through ipad

What up ALL !! Hope everyone is staying safe.. So currently I've been playing with the ipad pro and its File app that allows you to view files in your device and connect to an external ssd. About time.. So my question is ...how do i view the library i just put on my ssd from my ipad ?

You don't. You use the iCloud Photo Library. iOS Photos can't open a MacOS library.
