If I order an iPhone and in the shipping or delivery it comes in broken do I get a refund or a new phone?

That would obviously be an extremely rare occurrence. Consider how Apple packages these iPhones.

You would almost certainly be taken care of. Of course, you would have to demonstrate the damage was caused by the shipper, etc.

It’s a risk worth taking.
