ipad - one of my apps cannot connect to the server

I use Seaport app, it was working fine until 4/17/2020 . Can not connect to the server now. I have installed and uninstalled the app, turn off the wi-fi and turned it back on, shut the ipad completely down after un installing the app, when ipad turned back on reinstalled app, still could not connect to server. Please help. This game is the only reason I purchased this ipad.

I have contacted them. They caused me so much loss of time as I tried everything they told me to do to no avail, over and over. I now believe it is a bug in their app in the Apple app store. It happened when they added a feature in the game. They won't admit it and I don't think they are trying to fix it. Thanks for your answer but I have gone far and above contacting them. Its up to them to fix the app.
