Activity Rings

This is the second time that I recorded my exercise through my watch, it saved the exercise I did and both times it was over 30 min but for my exercise on my activity rings it only shows 3 min. What could be wrong?

Manually added workout not showing in activity rings A couple of days ago I left my watch at home to charge while I went for a walk, and was out about 90 minutes. I forgot to add the active calories and exercise time so did so today via the Health app on my phone. However while the Activity app shows the workout, the rings and data shows nothing. It means I’ve broken my activity streak and isn’t accurate based on my exercise. any idea how to fix this? I have added data before within 24 hours and it’s been fine, but this was 72 hours later!

Exercise activity still isn't recording the entire workout, only 7 minutes of 45 minutes. When I first got my watch, 2/21, activity recorded ALL of my workout. Then, it stopped recording ALL, and I didn't change anything.
