Why are my photos and info showing up on others phones with different apple ID's?

I have 5 iPhones and 3 IPads in my house. I just got a new work phone and new personal Iphone and all my pictures and all of my daughters pics are now showing up together on all my phones? She has a totally different apple ID and we have never shared apple ID's or done family sharing. When I go to my work apple ID it shows only my work phone so how am I getting her pics? In addition on my iPad her phone shows up under my apple id and again she has her own apple ID and even when I remove it from the account it shows up the next time I log into my apple ID on my iPad...so how is her phone connected to my ipad and work iPhone with a seperate ID. Lastly on my personal iPhone it shows only my personal cell phone under my ID but all my pics from my ipad, my work iPhone, and my personal Iphone show up. What's going on? Why all the cross pollination?
