Help about my issue with "your apple id has been disabled" when trying to download apps

Whenever i try to download an app, it says "Your apple ID has been disabled" or something along those lines, what do i do?

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.

Contact iTunes Support.

iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support.
