Unlock sim for iphone 7

Only the carrier (yours will be in Japan) can unlock iPhone officially, not Apple or anyone on the Internet.

How did you get an iPhone from Japan in the first place?

Not sure what the background is on the service from the SIM card, I have to ask a couple of questions.

You bought a SIM card in Japan which was working in Japan with a cellular provider from Japan?

You then bought the sam SIM card and service to Cambodia and now you are not getting any cellular service in Cambodia?

OR did you put a new SIM, from Cambodia, in the iPhone and that SIM is not working?
