What is the difference between buying a Imac in the UAE and the United States?Is it the only difference on the keyboard?
Is the software different for different countries? I don't like my operating system to be Arabic because I don't know Arabic but I live in Dubai

The computers are universal, so yes the keyboard and thats about it. Of course it will come with the power cord that fits for the country it is purchased in too.

No. You can easily switch the language by changing preference settings.
