I have mac book pro. I cannot open apps and browsers, like Safari Chrome, Photos, apple store. On monitor I get the message “Interrupted shutdown”, in few seconds message disappears and nothing happens.
How can I deal with this?

It seemed problems were due to update requirements.
So force shut down and updates solved my concerns that time.

It sounds like you're having an issue opening apps on your Mac. Iy looks like it might be due to Google Chrome not shutting down properly, so I suggest checking out this article for How to force an app to quit on your Mac and quit Chrome. Then restart the computer and see if you are able to open other apps.
