Apple Watch 4 Hourly Chimes Don’t Chime

I’ve gone into settings on The Watch and turned on the hourly chime function but the Watch’s chime doesn’t ring and there’s no vibration, either.

No, The Watch is not in silent or theatre mode.

Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have a solution?

I figured it out… the chime will not ring if the watch is set to Do Not Disturb or Theatre Mode.
