iTunes problem

So, I went to iTunes and purchased only one tone and then they deducted my balance twice.how can that be solved?

Have you double-checked your bank account and your iTunes Store history yet? If not, those are both great places to start: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement


If you don't find an answer there, your best bet is to contact Apple directly: iTunes - Official Apple Support
