I got a tone with money from the itunes store, but it looks like I didn't get the tone.

where is my tone I paid for? I picked out an paid for a Ringtone 3 different times and I can't find it anywhere on my phone! But I defiantly see it on my bill for my bank account. I used my iPhone 7 to do it in the iTunes app.
