I updated my macbook pro (13 early 2015) to catalina 10.15.3. Everytime it runs out of battery I experience this blinking folder which I need to go to recovery sometime Im not able to find the start up disk. I tried to update to 10.15.4 I encountered again the blinking folder. Is there a fix on this?
