Guys I have my 5s iPhone and I didn't use it long time. Then I forgot my apple id and my mail.ru also forgot. How I can reset my password I have box of my 5s?

The box you mention will do you no good. What you would need is the receipt for your purchase of the device with its serial number on it .
Note that if you can't answer your security questions satisfactory, then we will be unable to help you unless you have the receipt mentioned above. See:

This document says “without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account.”
