Kernel panic "Your computer was restarted because a problem"

I'm seeing the following message frequently specially If a leave my computer turned on for a long periord (a week) or when I shut down my computer, how can I fix it?

You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /TouchBar is this

or

what exact macOS you are currently running?



Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

if this Catalina 10.15.4 —especially on new 16"MBP it is a known issue, and the work around is turning off Power Nap both battery/power in the >System Preferences>Energy Saver
