Phone number is blank in Settings.

Hello. I have a problem and I can't really solve it. My sim is inserted in my Iphone 11 and it works fine, but Imessage and Facetime won't work and my number won't come out to select in "Send&Receive" since in Phone settings my phone number is blank. I already tried all the troubleshooting methods, like logging out and changing the password, ejecting the sim out and putting it back in, restarting my phone, factory resetting it and all of that

I would really like to solve this because I am desperate since I tried a lot of solutions. When I try to send a Imessage or Facetime someone it would call from my email.
