iPhone won't sync to computer but iPad will

Question

My iPhone 6s wont be recognized by the computer but my i[Pad will. I am using the same cable as well.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Have you tried taking off the pin on the phone and connecting it?

Just to make the initial connection...

You've got the iTunes on pc running the same account.

Could you elaborate?

Do you mean it isn't syncing or not even seeing it on the computer?

Is the computer MAC or WINDOWS?

Are you running the same iCloud account on all devices?

It’s on windows not recognised on iTunes but the actual computer recognises it. And yes it’s the same iCloud account on both.
