The Samsung "EVO" series SSDs do not enjoy a good reputation among Mac users.
I suggest shopping for an SSD from OWC / MacSales: https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc/macbook-air/2013-2014-2015 They make internal and external SSDs that are guaranteed to work.
Other options are possible, but you should avoid PC-centric vendors that do not support Macs.

What product did you have in mind?
Generally speaking if a product's specifications do not explicitly confirm macOS compatibility, do not buy it.
@John Galt I thought to buy Samsung EVO 970 NVMe M.2 1 TB SSD
It is difficult to find these products in Turkey. Probably, I will get in touch with an apple premium reseller service.
Thanks,
I understand. You're welcome and good luck.
