It would seem that you are attempting to connect to a captive wi-fi network. How do you have your wi-fi setup that it is asking for a captive login information? You may need to contact your ISP that is providing the wi-fi to determine your correct settings.
I tried doing all the recommended options via google (on/off wifi and cellular data, reset network setting, etc). Still the same. But only to one of the wifi network that I cannot connect.
I used my iPad, and I can log in successfully and I just entered the SSID password. It is the first I get to receive a captive wifi network configuration .
