Remove Health app
How do I remove the Apple Health App from my iPhone 6s? Never wanted it, not able to remove like other app removal.

Health is not one of the apps that can be deleted.
Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
The amount of space an app takes up is very small.
