Problems with the Facebook App.

At the apple store we purchased a new iPad (7th Generation) for my wife's use because her old one needed to be replaced. All data and accounts moved over from her old iPad to the new iPad by using the Apple cloud. BUT her Facebook account did not successfully load to the new pad. As you know Facebook has no customer service to assist with this problem.
