It's my understanding that you're unable to update your iPhone. I want to help. You can follow the steps in this article to If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support



If those steps don’t help, you can update with a computer. Here’s how:  Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You can use a computer that you trust. It can be a PC or a Mac. Your iPhone will need to be physically connected.
