My Mac Mini storage says it's almost full but it seems it is not... I need help

I don't really understand what is happening, I have a Mac Mini Late 2014, 1tb hard disk. It has 3 profiles, but I only use one of them. I clicked on "get info" on these 3 profile folders, there was 400GB in my profile and the other 2 had 0-5 GB storaged on both. But when I opened the app "About this Mac" it said that there was 240GB on "other users". I thought that was impossible then. Someone know why it says it has so much storaged there? Can I somehow delete that all?

I also have another question, on "About this Mac" I have also found out that I have almost 120GB on ''Documents", but my documents folder has only 10GB. All of this is making me so confused, can someone help me?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

The Storage tab is known to report incorrectly. Also check by choosing your Mac HD and "Get Info" (command-i). It may be different. Try rebuilding Spotlight index.

Some of the space may also be from Time Machine Snapshots.

Download Omni DiskSweeper:

https://www.omnigroup.com/more

DiskSweeper can give you a more accurate read of disk space than Finder or Storage Tab of About this Mac. It can also show you the precise size and location of all your files. It will inventory your disk starting from the files that take up the most space. If you want you can even delete files from OmniDisk Sweeper. But be careful some of the items may be important to your system.
