Where is archived email on 6th gen iPad?

It would be in your email account. Not all accounts use an Archive folder, most use a Trash folder. It depends on the settings of your email account. You can open the mail account and look at the folder list, and if you have it configured for Archive, then you should see it in the list. You may have to go to Edit when you get to the mail page to display all of the folder list.
