Face time

Hello,

I just upgraded to an iPhone 11

i had an iPhone 6s and I was never able to FaceTime. I was excited to now have a new phone thinking my FaceTime feature would finally work. It doesn't.

I have tried to trouble shoot everything with Verizon, but they have ask me to contact you.

please help?

we have four other lines on our account that all work, my line is the only one that doesn't.

I have a pop up message that reads " you must connect to "WiFi to FaceTime".
