Stolen phone, that i removed from devise list, before erasing

Hi all

My phone was stolen yesterday. I rushed home, with the intent to ERASE the phone, via iCloud, but totally forgot that i had put on two factor authentication, so each time, i tried to erase the phone, it asked for the code. I was so mad, i just removed the phone from Devise list. Obviously now i am calm and wondering if its possible to re-add the phone, so i can erase it.

In my madness yesterday i also changed both my username and password for iCloud, assuming that i have been hacked.
