free Apple TV

I purchased a MacBook Air that was supposed to come with a free 1-yr Apple TV subscription but when I log into my Apple ID account it only gives me the 7days free trial option.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

If you qualify and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
