Due to MBP16 (2019) keep restarting "because of a problem" (panic...), I have reset the SMC. At the end of the process (keyboard) - got the weird noise from the fan. Can someone tell me if this is something normal? Should I be worried about? Tx for advice.

Is this brand new out of the box(?)
Is this after you updated the macOS to the latest(?)

it is a brand new MBP16 (less than 14 days), dowloaded 10.15.4. left the MBP on sleep during the night. In the morning, every day, got the same issue, "computer restart because of a problem.." panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff8015216487): "AppleIntelFramebuffer::setPowerState(0xffffff81c442b000 : 0xffffff7f987c8d88, 1 -> 0) timed out after 45949 ms"@/AppleInternal/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-6153.101.6/iokit/Kernel/IOServicePM.cpp:5296.........
I have reset the SMC, and reinstalled the latest version Catalina (through Apple Store). Apparently the issue is gone, however I am bit confused about the procedures related to SMC reset. Would like to understand more about the noise which I have heard - is that something normal (e.g. test/check...). Thank you for your advice.
