Text messages forgot to back up

I factory reset my iPhone and I forgot to back up my text message on icloud which is important. What should I do? I need does text message to be backed.

If you have not backed up then there is nothing that can be done now.


Here’s what iCloud Backup includes

  • App data
  • Apple Watch backups
  • Device settings
  • Home screen and app organization
  • iMessage, text (SMS), and MMS messages1
  • Photos and videos on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch1
  • Purchase history from Apple services, like your music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books2
  • Ringtones
  • Visual Voicemail password (requires the SIM card that was in use during backup)
