Apple logo keeps on flashing

my phone turned off due to lack of battery

then when I plugged it into power , tried to switch it on, but apple logo keeps on flashing

i tried everything

i used Itunes, updated and recovered the software, but the logo keeps on flashing

i read alot about this issue online , mostly said its due to update

but still it doesn’t work

and apple stores all closed
