Why do friends' WhatsApp photos save onto my photo stream?
My Photos app is quickly filling with other people's photos. Is there any way that I can stop this? They appear on all my devices.

I assume you're talking about WhatsApp photos that you receive from others are being saved in your Photos App on iPhone.
You can deactivate this by: Open WhatsApp > Settings > Chats. Now deactivate "Save to Camera Roll".
