Photo Stream Vanished

After updating my 14 Pro to 16.2…photo stream disappeared. Looked in iCloud but there is no longer a selection to use photo stream.

what am I missing? Photo stream is critical.

Advance data protection takes photo stream away. Once I turned it off photo stream became available again.
