Apps not working after13.4.1 update

I cannot access any of the apps that come standard on the iPhone 11, weather, news, notes. I also cannot access my music. when I touch the app the screen opens black for a second then goes back to the face screen.

Try restoring your iPhone.

plug your iPhone to a computer, open iTunes and select Restore iPhone. This will erase all data on the iPhone so click Back Up now to back up your iPhone first.
