Having trouble re-downloading a previously purchased song from iTunes

My question is, how come when I go to search for a previously downloaded song, it doesn't let me download it again.

I saw that, and said "purchased" didn't give me an option to re-download the song.

I wonder why?

Unable to re-download a song in iTunes on my iPhone. I purchased a song in iTunes on my iPhone a while ago. It is not in my song list on my phone anymore It shows as purchased in iTunes when I search for the song, but it is not in my music list when I go to iTunes > More > music I don’t see it in the list. A song I purchased is not showing on purchases songs anymore Back in 2015 I bought a song on iTunes and now I'm trying to download this song again, and it's simply not showing on my purchased songs on iTunes anymore, although it does show on my "purchase history" along with the receipt. I tried downloading on iTunes on my computer and it doesn't show as purchased either. So what do I do?! Am I going to have to buy again a song I already paid for?
