does anyone know how to get rid of thes on the keyboard of my iPhone 11 Pro Max?

I did my update and the white squares went away for a while but they come back on and off again. Has anyone been able to get a hold of Apple and are they going to address this issue?
I have tried hard reset and the problem persists
what is it and how do I fix it I’ve only had my iPhone11 pro 2 weeks !

As I said try this: Go to keyboard option in General, and swithch the memoji keyboard off, turn the phone off and back on" The white spots Should have now gone.
Nope turning off the emoji keyboard off and then turning the phone off and on didn’t work.
