Hello,

As this is a feature in iOS 13, and the iPhone 6 Plus is not supported, you won’t be able to have FaceTime Video Group Chats. Earlier models of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch that support iOS 12.1.4 can join Group FaceTime calls as audio participants.

You could use third-party apps such as Zoom, or Houseparty to have group chats.
